Application Process

Overview

We find the best way to approach applying to any school is “get educated.” To make the right decision, you will need to spend some time. Research a school’s background, examine its philosophy and methods of teaching, visit its premises, and meet the director. Ask lots of questions. Only then can you really decide if your family will be comfortable there.

At Epiphany Community Nursery School, we hope this website, your independent research, school tour and meeting with the director will all help you understand what ECNS is all about. We encourage parents to consider submitting an application if they find our facilities, program and philosophy appealing.

Please remember, requests for applications are available on-line only, the Tuesday after Labor Day through the end of September.

Finally, remember that the most important thing to do is relax. There are many places where your child will be happy and flourish.

“Choosing to put children in preschool is one of the greatest gifts parents can give them—starting them off on the road to learning in an organized manner with a carefully architected curriculum, starting them off on the road to learning to become a contributing member of a group, starting them off on the road to learning to care about others.” Wendy Levey, Head of School
